About Dr. Kiah

Kiah is a Chinese Medicine practitioner with a passion for helping people feel seen, heard, and empowered in their bodies. Their work is grounded in the belief that symptoms are not inconveniences to be ignored, but signals from the body, asking to be listened to.

After years of feeling dismissed in conventional medical appointments, Kiah was drawn to a more holistic approach—one that treats the whole person, not just isolated parts. They completed a Bachelor of Health Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine at the University of Technology Sydney, followed by clinical training at the Chengdu University of Chinese Medicine and Hospital in China.

In practice, Kiah combines traditional Chinese diagnostics with functional medicine principles, modern health education, and nervous system support to create deeply nourishing, evidence-based treatments. They’re known for holding space with warmth, humour, and clarity—offering a safe place for people to reconnect with themselves, their cycles, and their sense of agency.

Kiah’s treatments are designed to be welcoming, inclusive, and intentionally different from the rushed appointments many patients are used to. Their goal is not only to treat, but to guide—to work collaboratively with each patient as they learn to trust their body, interpret its signals, and reclaim their health on their own terms.

Now based in Melbourne after five years of practice in Sydney, Kiah continues to work with a wide range of patients, with a particular interest in menstrual health, fertility support, mental health, and holistic skincare. Their practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming and proudly centred around care that is kind, collaborative, and deeply human.

I acknowledge the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung people of the Kulin Nation as the Traditional Custodians of the land on which I practice. I pay my respects to their Elders—past, present, and emerging—and honor their enduring connection to land, waters, and culture. Sovereignty was never ceded. This always was, and always will be, Aboriginal land.
